The process of working with our clients is a comprehensive and collaborative endeavor in which MBL Advisors works side by side with its corporate clients to assure we understand your needs, objectives and compensation philosophy. Based on the goals and objectives established through discovery, we create a compensation and benefits philosophy. From there, we align a long-term strategic plan to implement this philosophy and execute any necessary changes.

Where philosophy meets technology. With your philosophy in mind, MBL Advisors evaluates various compensation and benefit options to determine the optimal plan design. Those choices are developed into an integrated compensation and benefits package.

Implementation

We coordinate all the moving pieces related to the care and protection of your assets through document plan completion, establishing an administrative platform and communicating the plan through in-person meetings, webinars, email, our customized web portal or voice response system.

Communication

We communicate your plan with all necessary parties and create a long-term plan to provide ongoing service. Through benchmarking and our “Due Care Review”, we ascertain and communicate your progress in achieving your goals.
